Persepsi Guru tentang Pelaksanaan Program Full day School di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Padang Timur Kota Padang
Abstract
This research is based on problems that occur in the field regarding the implementation of the full day school program at the State Junior High School in East Padang District which is still not realized in terms of its implementation. The purpose of this study was to find out about the implementation of the full day school program that has been running properly as seen from the aspects of time optimization, teaching and learning activities and skill development in students. The type of research in this study was descriptive quantitative with a sample of 44 teachers at the State Junior High School in Padang Timur District using proportional stratified random sampling technique based on the Cochran formula. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. Overall, the results showed that teachers' perceptions of the implementation of the full day school program in public junior high schools in Padang Timur sub-district were in the good category with an average score of 4.34.
