Kemampuan Literasi Digital Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Urusan Kurikulum di SLTA Kota Solok
Abstract
This study aims to obtain information about the digital literacy skills of school administration personnel in curriculum affairs at SLTA Kota Solok which is seen from the aspects of: 1) managing information, 2) communication and collaboration, 3) content creation, 4) participation and 5) digital security. This research is quantitative descriptive with the population in this study being all school administration personnel in Solok City High School totaling 125 people and a sample of 62 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a valid and reliable semantic differential scale model. The results of data analysis showed that the average score of digital literacy skills of school administration personnel for curriculum affairs was seen from managing information, which was 4.09 with TCR (81.85%), seen from communication and collaboration, which was 4.12 with TCR (82.42%), seen from content creation, which was 4.10 with TCR (81.94%), seen from participation, which was 4.21 with TCR (84.27%), seen from digital security, which was 4.12 with TCR (82.45%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the digital literacy ability of school administration personnel for curriculum affairs at Solok City High School is already in the capable category with an average score of 4.13 with TCR (82.59%).
