Persepsi guru terhadap inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran pada madrasah aliyah negeri (MAN) kabupaten pasaman
Abstract
The goal of this study is to understand teachers' perceptions of inventory of school equipment. and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Pasaman Regency, including MAN 1 Pasaman and MAN 2 Pasaman. This research question is to what extent teachers' perceptions of registration, data collection, recording, preparation and reporting of inventory learning facilities and infrastructure.This type of research uses quantitative description, the research subjects are teachers in Man, Pasaman Regency with a population of 103 and a sample of 52. validity and reliability using the SPSS 26 and results were obtained to test the validity of the 47 items in the questionnaire.statement has 44 valid items and 3 invalid items (fail), and the reliability test result using N=20 at the 90% confidence level is 0.444. Therefore, we obtain rcount > rtable (0.980 > 0.444). Data analysis revealed teachers' perceptions of physical inventory and learning infrastructure of Pasaman Regency of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) was considered poor with an achievement level of 2.55 with the following explanation: (1) register for an inventory of learning equipment and infrastructure It belongs to the "bad" category. In other words, subsection (2) of H. 2.53 collects data on equipment and facility inventory. Learning infrastructure belongs to the “poor” category. H. 2.53 places (3) equipment and learning infrastructure inventory in the "poor" category. In H. 2.56 (4) standard The inventory of learning facilities is quite good, specifically at 2.61, and (5) reports on the inventory of learning facilities in poor countries. type, i.e. 2.52.
